Things are moving along quite well with the work in the Solomon Islands. Every trip taken has produced more and more results. Of course, there are times when it seems nothing is happening, but then something does happen that shows you God was at work all along. What a joy to serve such a Mighty God!
The January trip will be the first of 16 terms over the next 4 years. Last August, we put together a complete 4 year plan with dates for each term and the courses that will be taught during each term. Most of the teams have been assembled, but there is room for more. If you'd be interested in helping, just let me know and I'll send you the necessary documentation to show you what is required and expected of those who travel to be instructors/teachers.
All in all, things are going well and the students who are attending are very excited about the classes that have already been held.
If you'd like to provide financial assistance for the upcoming trip, send it to the following address:
Calvary Missionary Baptist Church
200 Calvary Lane
Idabel, OK 74745
Attention: SIMBSS
You can also call the church office at 580.286.3163 or email me if you need additional information.
Blessings...

SIMBSS is a ministry of Second Baptist Church in Malvern, Arkansas which primarily exists to help Second Baptist Church fulfill the Great Commission (Mt.28:1-20) by making disciples that make disciples. Furthermore, SIMBSS exists to train men for ministry, establish (and leave behind) indigenous seminaries/bible institutes wherever we go, and assist & strengthen other local churches as we have opportunity. We believe our existence fulfills both Matthew 28:18-20 AND 2 Timothy 2:2.
